This is because people with a low cervix have a shorter vaginal canal, so they may find the toggle exposed, or uncomfortable. Instead, Hello Low Cervix Cups have a rounded base which is thickened – allowing for easy removal.

HELLO CUP SIZE BREAKDOWN
Our S is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
Our M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
Our L (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.
It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the M regardless of age. If you’re uncertain, Hello Double Boxes are a great option to help you find which size works best for you. Many people find they can wear two sizes.

I have a low ******. This cup is too long for someone with a very low ******. It is very uncomfortable. I was disappointed I wanted to support a NZ company. Will the disc be a better option?

I have been a cup fan for many years but after my second baby my previous cups song had fallen a little flat. My first post partum period I tried to use it and it was so uncomfortable, I couldn’t get a good seal, and it was leaking. I though maybe cups weren’t going to work for me anymore and I was really sad. I decided not to give up and did some googling. I found Hello and took their quiz. I learned I have a low ****** (new development, thanks ****** pelvic floor!) and ordered the low ****** cup as suggested. This thing is so comfy, completely leak proof, and way easier to put in and take out than my last cup. I am so so happy this product exists! Thank you Hello for making products for every body ❤️

New ZealandHello to my best cup ever
After starting out with very little knowledge and a more generic style of cup, my Hello cup was a huge leap forward. The shaping and thickness of the silicone makes it so much easier to place and remove. Mine is the Low ****** version, so it has no stem, and I haven’t missed that one bit. Best of all, my Hello cup holds more than my previous one and has never been bulldozed by a heavy peri-menopausal flood… top marks from this happy customer!!

After a year of trying with a different brand cup and having issues with it slipping out, I finally figured out I have a low ****** and decided to give the hello low ****** cup a try. It’s been fantastic, very comfortable and on my first try I was able to go a complete cycle without having to switch to tampons! The shallow punch down only took a few tries to get the hang of. I was worried about removal as there is no stem but it hasn’t been an issue as this cup sits lower. Very pleased thank you so much.
