HELLO CUP SIZE BREAKDOWN
Our XS is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
Our S/M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
Our L (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.
It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the S/M regardless of age. If you’re uncertain, Hello Double Boxes are a great option to help you find which size works best for you. Many people find they can wear two sizes.

I had another brand and thought of giving up on using a cup. But thought I would try hello cup first and see how it was. Best thing I did, I have had no issues with leaking etc, fits my body perfectly unlike the other brand. Buying the double box was great, let the guessing out of what I need. Having 2 babies in 2 years I wasn't sure what size I would need and the large size is perfect for heavy days and the medium size is great for my light and medium days. Now time to get some pads

Comfortable
32 year old here. I use the XS size Hello Cup It’s comfortable, easy to insert and remove. No leaks. I use the cylinder package it came in now to store reusable pads. It would be great if Hello Cup had their own cup washing product and wipes.
