I wanted to like the cup but I just have too heavy of a flow for it to work. It did not hold as much as I needed so I will not be using it anymore.

I have been using moon cups for over 10 years and I recently had this Hello cup on my radar. Then one day I accidentally dropped my cup in the toilet and it went down the pipe! I had to make an emergency dash to the supermarket for supplies and couldnt believe my luck that I could buy a Hello Cup at the local Countdown. Being 42yrs and having had 2 babies, I brought the large pink cup. It is huge, which is good because my flow is heavy. I found I had to relearn how to use this cup, but can see I will be fine. Also wondering if I need the 'low ******' cup, as sometimes it feels like the cup is sitting to low. I found it the material a little squeaker than moon cup. And I had been meauring my flow which I cant do with Hello Cup - no measurement lines. I do love that its a fun colour, maybe it wont look as unsightly as other cups after a few months use. I look forward to trying it again next month

SpainSofter than expected
I love the hello cup. I had one previously, but it got melted by accident when I forgot I was sterilizing it. So I bought another one. My previous cup was hot pink and the new one is purple. I don’t know if the color has anything to do with it, but this one feels softer and it more difficult to get it open inside. Anyway, I really like it and would buy again if anything happens to this one.

I love the firmness of this cup. I did find it difficult to do a shallow punch down with it.. I took the sizing quiz and it suggested a s/m and I wish I got the double pack with the large in it because on my heavy day I over flowed this one quick...the s/m is really tiny. Other then being disappointed in not getting the correct size it's a great cup.

Hey there! It sounds like this cup is a good fit for you! A larger cup might also work, but it doesn't for everyone. Once you get used to emptying it before it overflows you'll be all set!
