HELLO CUP SIZE BREAKDOWN
Our XS is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
Our S/M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
Our L (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.
It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the S/M regardless of age. If you’re uncertain, Hello Double Boxes are a great option to help you find which size works best for you. Many people find they can wear two sizes.

I was already a fan on Hello cups, the nice round smooth toggles stopped the serious poking problems I had when bushwalking (any walking) with my previous cup. Then I got hold of one of Hello's long cups. It's ace! It used to be quite a mission get hold of the standard cup toggle after it had made its way... waaay up my ******. This is the one for me. Interestingly, it took until buying a menstrual cup to know that I have a high ******. I would recommend gaining a good guess at what you measure at, as the first time I used the incorrect size it almost put me off trying again. Lucky for me I chose to give the High ****** Hello cup a try and it's pretty prefect. Bye bye tampons!
