HELLO CUP SIZE BREAKDOWN
Our XS is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
Our S/M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
Our L (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.
It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the S/M regardless of age. If you’re uncertain, Hello Double Boxes are a great option to help you find which size works best for you. Many people find they can wear two sizes.

This was my first time using a menstral cup and I am a convert! I love it. I’m in my early 30s and due to an overactive pelvic floor (and trauma from trying to use a ****** at 14) I thought I’d never be able to use a ****** let alone a cup. But with patience and practice and an awesome GP and PT I used tampons for the first time last year. I was super nervous to try a cup, but wanted to try something reusable, so I went for the XS. It was tricky getting it out the first time but I watched a couple of videos and by the end of my first period I felt way more comfortable. And no leaks from day 1 - I wore a pad or liner just in case but nothing!! I love it! My only comment is that the colour is way more of a pastel peach than the bright orange pictured, which is cool just not what I was expecting.
