HELLO CUP SIZE BREAKDOWN
Our XS is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
Our S/M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
Our L (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be.
It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the S/M regardless of age. If you’re uncertain, Hello Double Boxes are a great option to help you find which size works best for you. Many people find they can wear two sizes.

As a first time cup buyer, decided on the sleek and sexy black number here and wow. First time using and mate what a dream. When I finish my period now, rather than feeling relieved, I think - "it's finished already?!" It is just so much easier with the period cup! I love the black aesthetic, and once you master the shallow punchdown fold technique (in which I found heaps of useful information for this in the packaging, online and on your Instagram) I was away and the firmer plastic was no longer an issue. In fact it felt good knowing that I was put NZ made great quality material up there! Paired with some period undies for any minor leak I never have to worry about my period again!! Have recommend Hello Cup to many friends and family and will continue to do so!!

First cup I ever used, I switched from pads so was afraid in a number of ways but I am so happy with my experience. Emptying is easy with no mess, I don't have the icky feeling of a pad especially on heavy flows. So convenient, inserting became easy after a few tries, and I didn't have any leaks so the anxiety I experienced with using pads is now over. I definitely recommend giving a try!
